On Wednesday, the 2nd week of our MCS Career & Business Camp, dedicated to journalism, ended.

The children learned the main principles of publishing a newspaper – the importance of bright headlines and expressive photographs, creating bright covers and using interesting information.

The next stage was writing articles. The children conducted a series of studies, interviewed classmates and school staff to collect interesting and relevant materials for the newspaper.

We invited a special guest to the school, Mike Oliver – a writer, poet and publisher! At the meeting with him, we discussed the development of modern journalism, possible problems of this profession, what skills, in addition to writing, are necessary for success in this profession.

At the end of the week, our young journalists demonstrated their work and received personalized certificates.

Join the third week of the camp – Space Week 16.06-20.06. We will discuss the vastness of unexplored space, explore distant stars and planets, and learn more about astronomy and space science.
