Our guest is STUART LAWSON – the most prominent British business person in Russia.

▪️He has been in international banking for 45 years. Worked in 11 countries.
▪️He graduated from Oxford University.
▪️Headed operations for companies like Citibank, Ernst& Young, Skolkovo Ventures, Russo British Chamber of Commerce.
▪️A lecture at Plekhanov Academy, Higher School of Economics, Oxford University, Columbia University.
▪️A fan of tango and the Russian ballet. A keen photographer.
✔️Wrote a book “Successful failure”. He believes it is very important to fail many times to become a truly successful business leader. He wrote about leadership, compared Western and Russian approach to business.
